DO NOT USE THIS "CONTRACTOR"! Still owes me $35,000.00 for advances and uncompleted work. Owes Sub-Contractors on my project in excess of $25,000.00. Awful project management. Rarely showed up and sent unqualified labor. We had to complete the project on our own. We had several liens place on the property by supplier that were not paid.

I request to build a roof patio and R.O. Viamonte Construction made my dream come true. The company owner Ramon and his assistant Manny are very professional from day 1 I meet them. They are very punctual. They communicate every step and when you call them they answer right away. The project was done as discuss with all documents and permits on time and organized. They come out to the site every day to inspect the work done that day and to make sure no damages done to property or neighbors. They break up the payments in 3 phases and the price was accommodating. I have some more dreams to be accomplished and I definitely will call back my heroes at R.O. Viamonte. I recommend 100% this company!
