By DebbiMay 22, 2019install a restaurant hoodResponse from Roadrunner of the Northwest April 6, 2020The review above was written by the owner of Professional Property Management, LLC , the Landlord of The Tiki Hut Restaurant in Tacoma. Roadrunner is currently suing for non-payment (even though she received the insurance) and lied about receiving any payment. There have not been any contractors "fixing" some of the work as no "fixes" were necessary. We have asked for verification of any evidence that Roadrunner failed to comply with city codes and none have been supplied. All work performed was inspected by City officials and approved. Complaints that were submitted were addressed and answered, in writing, by City officials and written off as frivolous. This woman just doesn't want to honor her obligation.
