Robert Manna, Sales Manager and his team come to my house to give me a quote in September. I gave them my budget--big mistake--and told them that if it were over budget I'd wait until Spring. Amazingly, they came in at exactly my budget and installed the system that was specially designed and optimized for my pool. The expectation that was set by Robert Manna and his team--several times--was that the pool temp would consistently be 15 degrees warmer than the temp of the Gulf. So, don't expect 90 degrees in January. No problem. After an few warm days in October, the system was not heating my pool 15 degrees warmer than the Gulf--not even close. I called Robert Manna, who prefers to hide behind text messages. We discussed a pool blanket to help until he could add more panels. When HIS TEAM came out to install a pool blanket--which I was not charged for--they immediately got on my roof and said that the system that was installed was far too small for my pool--14'x40'--and would require more panels to work properly. They called Robert Manna immediately and told him this. Robert came to my house, checked the pool temp and told me "I'm going to make this right even if I have to put more panels in at my expense." Duh. I paid for a system that was sized correctly and would perform to his "15 degrees warmer than the Gulf year-round" measurement of proper performance. Robert and I have traded numerous--over thirty --text messages since the week before Thanksgiving. Each week he promised his crew would be out this week. Then next week. Then when I really pushed the issue he told me he'd have his crew put in new panels at a cost over over $1,000 over what I originally paid even though he said he would make it right and put the panels in at his expense. This is what I expected--a system that was properly sized to begin with for the price I was quoted, not "here's half a system and if you pay a few thousand bucks more, it'll actually do what we said." His own crew said it was sized incorrectly from the beginning. Despite many, many text messages back and forth--Robert Manna does not return phone calls--and texts from Robert saying "I'm going to make this right" we are no where. No solution in sight. Here's a pic of my pool temp this morning. 63.1 degrees. The Gulf temp today is 64.4. That's not even close to being 15 degrees warmer--in fact it's actually colder than the Gulf. I've asked for a refund, I've asked for him to make it right as promised...brick wall. This company is dishonest and does not stand behind their promises. I just pissed away over $3,000 for absolutely nothing. There are other solar companies out there. This is the bottom of the barrel and Robert Manna will say anything on earth to get a sale, but he won't back up even his own words after the sale. This company has no integrity or credibility at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Bought solar panels -10 year warranty
One sprung a leak.
They had no record of the sale.
When I gave them the canceled check, they scheduled the repair.
When they finally scheduled the repair, they notified me then that there would be a $250 service charge, SC.
Nothing was mentioned about that when Robert sold me the panels.
They told me that Robert was a “crook”, was no longer with the company and that they were going to charge me $250!
Bill, a supervisor, came to the house to inspect the panel and it had to be replaced, an easy job.
When the scheduler called for replacement, not only was there a SC but it had gone up to $300! I objected.
Ann and Brittany, the scheduler were both very argumentative, when I objected to the SC.
Bill didn't seem concerned about me writing this review and turning in a complaint to the BBB and AG’s Seniors v. Crime unit.
I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner to no avail.
It's hard for me to believe that an owner would be okay with this situation especially when we're talking about 20 minutes according to Bill, to replace the panel.
