Date of contract: 11/09/2022 Work begin date: 12/03/2022 Last Day On Job: 12/07/2022 Total amount paid to the contractor? 6975.00 Notes from failed inspection from inspector: Brett Carroll (12/5/2022 2:24 PM) I Missing drip edge in a few spots. R905.2.8.5. There is also a bunch of old drip edge laying on some edges but not nailed off at all. Brett Carroll (12/7/2022 7:24 AM) [ 80% of the roof is complete and cannot see any drip edge. R110.1 [ Will need to remove shingles or have an engineer submit an inspection affidavit to the building department for approval before calling in final inspection. Permit information: Building Department: Charlotte County Government Community Permit Number: 20221256049 Date Issued: 12/02/2022 Contractor has made multiple promises to resolve the issue over the last 10 months. To this date, permit still remains an issue. The home is presently for sale and will hinder the sale process without a closed and approved permit status
