WORST WORKERS EVER!
We started with one leak and after they finished, ended up with 3 leaks, a clogged sewer line, and a broken tankless water heater!
They turned our bathroom remodel into a nightmare and cost us over $3,000 more to hire professional plumbers to fix everything they messed up!
We also had to buy a new tankless water heater because they removed the protective filter screen to our old one (with which we NEVER had problems) and lied to us about it!
They used a sledgehammer to break up our old cast iron exhaust pipe, instead of using a saw as I had requested, causing holes in the wall's sheetrock and cast iron fragments to fall into the toilet sewer line. All these fragments caused our new toilet to clog the first time we flushed it!
They put the wrong PEX color lines on the hot and cold water, making it very confusing.
They drilled holes in our exterior wall instead of going underneath it as the old water lines were laid.
They exposed PEX lines to sunlight's UV rays, which deteriorates them.
They said they'd return to fix things, but kept us waiting a week and a half without water or a toilet and didn't return. even after confirming one morning, saying they'd be there that afternoon.
They were very unprofessional and sloppy in their work.
