Overall we had a positive experience with Robert. We hired him in part due to the fact that when we purchased our property it had a number of violations on it which needed to be corrected. We hired Robert for his architectural capabilities as well as his knowledge of the building code.Robert and his team did a great job preparing filings, creating architectural drawings and working with the various contractors. One additional thing that Robert did that was helpful was to document our job with digital photos and by the end of it we had a digital record of every stage of the job.Overall I would recommend working with Robert.
