After contracting with this company for a septic pumping service, a day later i had to call an irrigation company owner to come to my home to repair a sprinkler pipe that had been punctured in three places (from probing the ground for cover after telling worker there were both sprinkler and piping from my irrigation system). Then I called the company and explained the problem to an employee and they dusted me off saying there was nothing they could do. Perhaps I should have called the owner. Not a customer oriented way of conducting business.
