So rude. I called to see if he could power on an electrical gate for my work, and he interrupted me mid sentence saying "now YOU listen to me speak" and went on a rant, and ended up hanging up the phone... He literally titled himself "licensed FRIENDLY electrician." Wow, I've never had someone be so entirely rude over the phone like that. This guy needs a serious wake up call.

Responded to a Craigslist ad to quote an EV charger install. Was quite condescending when asking about the job. When I told him I was shopping around, he said BYE and hung up. Reading these other reviews, I’m no longer surprised by his behavior.

My review for this guy is just as bad as all the others here. How he has a business and a score of 82 is beyond me. We needed some electrical work done quickly and he was the only one to answer, but that was the only positive of the experience. He showed up to the site where my tenant met him. Within 5 minutes I got a call from him saying, "I can't work here. Your tenant is drunk" and he hung up on me. Now, my tenants are new so I called him back to get the full story, but it was quickly apparent that he had no good reason to say such a thing. When I asked for specifics he slowed down his speech and repeated the same things to me again and again as if I was incapable of understanding. I met my very sober tenant 5 minutes later... to walk off a job is bad enough, but to throw around accusations and implicate people in what could be a sensitive subject is absolutely unacceptable. He should not be allowed into peoples' homes. I will never call anyone without reading reviews again...

I dont review contractors often, but I have to review this one so hopefully other people dont waste their time as I did with this guy. Robert has a horrible personality, impossible to work with, I wonder how he stays on business. Dont waste your time with this guy. He wont listen to you, doesnt care about your project and most probably has personal issues.

Called and tried to explain problem I was having with a light switch. My was rude and arrogant. He asked me a question about the j-box, and when I couldn't answer quickly enough and with enough detail on the specifications of the actual j-box (since I am not an electrician, which is why I was calling one), he exclaimed, "Oh, brother", and just hung up the phone. I've NEVER experienced a more rude person that is trying to run a business. He should not be advertising to the public, if he is unable to deal with them. Since I cannot give 0 stars, I am forced to click on a single star rating.

Found on craigslist in search of assistance with an electrical/lighting issue. When I asked for clarification regarding his recommended solution and quote, Robert said "I gotta go. Bye." and hung up on me! There's a lot of electricians out there. I wouldn't recommend calling this one.

Called to try and explain what was needed and looking for a ballpark quote. Even went so far as to offer to send pictures via email so he could actually look at what I was talking about, rather than having him continue to mis-generalize things. He ignored the offer and continued to "bulldoze" me over in his conversation. I've never spoken to such a rude, nasty, "know-it-all" in my entire life. I finally told him that I have no idea how he stays in business with such a horrible personality and hung the phone up on him.

Guy is super rude his ad says he runs and rewires I asked him if he could rerun wires for a security camera that has electricity running through it he rudely cut me off saying he doesn’t do that and I needed to call someone else I mentioned it said he runs wires and he yells on phone at me. Definitely can see why he has 1 star reviews maybe it’s time to retire ahole
