The owner, Robert Brown Jr., on September 1, 2021 installed a brand new sink faucet and it leaked. He promised to send the receipt plus the warranty information in mail and did not. Then on September 21, 2021 he replaced the cut value and the leak was still present. He promised to bring the receipt and warranty papers on September 21, 2021 and did not. When asked to repair the faucet so it does not leak he became angry. On September 23, 2021, he told me is does not schedule appointments and to call him when I get home and he would drop whatever he was going and come immediately. When I called him back and he once again became angry and said that he could not come. On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 I asked for a refund since he refused to make the repair and he said he was not giving a refund. Also on that day he said he was not going to give me a receipt plus the warranty information and he doesn't have to. Mr. Brown, then hung up while I was still speaking.
