    Full House Remodel

    We did a full renovation of our home in 2023-down to the studs-and Bob and Rob of Magnano Construction were incredible partners throughout the entire process. From day one, their project management was top-notch. Their team of highly qualified subcontractors were instrumental in helping us complete our vision and they maintained a clean organized job-site every step of the way. All necessary insurance, licensing and bonding were in place to which gave us peace of mind from the start. The workflow was exactly as promised, inspections were passed without issue and the project was completed right on schedule-something that's rare in a renovation of this scale. Bob and Rob were responsive, professional and truly committed to the quality of craftmanship. We couldn't be happier with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation project. They made a complex process feel seemless and delivered a home we absolutely love.

    Bathroom and Powder Room remodel

    Bob and Rob of Robert E. Magnano were great. They came out to look at our full remodel bathroom project. They very quickly gave us an estimate and worked within our budget to give us the bathroom and powder room we wanted. They made suggestions as to tile choices, vanities and hardware but really let us make our own decision, while using their many, many years of experience to provide context in case we were veering a little off track. The project was done in 5 weeks which was on time. We received project reports and constant communication. They even thought of the little details – the vanity we wanted had brass knobs on it when the rest of the bathroom was sterling; they bought new knobs and installed them on the vanity so everything matches. And aside from the amazing technical work involved, Bob and Rob are both just genuinely nice people and want to ensure that the client is completely happy. We are! Amazing work! Highly, highly recommend! Will definitely work with them on another project!

    Bathroom Renovation

    Excellent bathroom renovations. Excellent work and communication (transparency). Met all timelines. Cleaned up after themselves every day.
    BTW, I had originally for a very brief moment considered the one day shower replacement. After seeing what it took to complete this project – including the plumber’s fixing of the crack in guest's bathroom's pipe which prevented serious headaches (and additional costs) down the road, I am so glad I did not go that route. We will definitely use them for our future house projects.

    This contractor lies through his teeth, pretends he works for someone, makes up stories and does his best to not get the job done. Never finished the job and took the money. He also hired a sub contractor and never paid him so that’s another person he screwed.

    Build a new Additional bathroom.

    Worst dishonest contractor I have come across in 30 years in Real estate. Gets paid then walks away without ever finishing the job he may have been good in the past, but hasn't worked in OC for years, and is terrible now.
    Homeowner BEWARE!!!

    Residential remodel

    Excellent management, qualified subcontractors, jobsite maintenance excellent; all insurance, licensing and bonding in place. Work flow as promised, project completion on schedule, no inspection issues. We’re having additional work done in early 2020.
