    I have known and worked with Robert Strong for approximately 20 years on this and many other projects. Robert did an excellent job on the project. The completed apartment turned out exceptionally well and rented immediately at our requested rent. Everything was brought up to code. The work was completed on time and and within our budget. Also, particular attention was paid to maintaining the historic qualities of the building.
