Mr. Geno installed my roof recently and did an amazing job! I checked with the BBB& he had no complaints ... and also asked around for many referrals! Not sure about Coach but I think he must be mistaken Mr. Geno for someone else or should have contacted the BBB if his review is true! Geno Roofing company is #1 in my book & would not contact anyone else for my roofing needs! Thank you so much for all your help.

I hired Robert, a few years ago, to put a new roof on my home. The contract called for him to remove the old roof prior to installing the new roof. He did NOT do this. I left for a business trip during a portion of the time he was doing the work. While I was out of town, Robert took short cuts and did not remove the old roof on the back side of my home. This caused problems later with leaks. Since that time I have had to go to the expense and inconvenience of having the job done properly. In my opinion he cheated me out of the job he contracted and charged me for. I would NEVER hire him again and would NOT recommend him for any roofing services. I have been cheated by this individual and if he did it once, he will do it again.

The work Robert Geno performed was so bad that I had to ask him to come back two additional times. After it was apparent his workmanship was sub-par Ive now had to hire another roofer to do the work properly. When I tried to resolve this directly with him he has become unresponsive. I would never hire him again and have asked the people who referred him to me to not refer him to anyone else
