I hired him to get me two ton of stove and nut coal mixed for me and he charged me $550.00 . when he arrived he said hormany didnt have any stove so he only got me nut , well okay, so he start to pure it into my coal shed, then while it was being dumped in for some reason rice coal was mixing in with my nut coal. he said not much rice went in and it will burn. however more rice was mixed in than he thinks. now every time i get coal out to put in my hand feed harman coal stove the rice fill in the nooks between the nut coal to the point i almost have to have full drafted on, meaning im not getting the heat i should be getting. I called bob three diffrent times to see what we can do about this and he never called me back, so at this point im going to have to screen the coal to recoup some of my loses. Im 69yrs old with breathing problems and on a fixed income. Andrew 10/23/2022
