I have been dealing with this plumbing company for many years. They came out to my house and fixed one thing which resulted in a faucet dripping continuously. They said they could not stop that because it was due to the fixture and the fixture would need to be replaced which i need and want to do. I have to turn the water off in this particular location or it will drip. It has been doing this for well over a year now. I have called, called and called them and Dana, the wife, will talk to me and say she will get me an appointment, and then nothing happens. I have always paid them. I do not like change. This plumber did not take care of business. Now, I have to get established with another plumber and pay them to fix something that Hall plumbing would not take care of and follow through with. Very, very irritated. This is the first review I have ever left anyone. Horrible business.

Robert Hall Plumbing was the vendor given to me by two of my best friends and they are super particular who does work for them; Travis was sent to my house to replace a faulty kitchen sink faucet; he was timely and outstanding both in his customer service and personal character, a fine young man. I would highly recommend Robert Hall Plumbing. Additionally, Dana was very pleasant and customer focused too.
