    I did not deal directly with Kevin Ludvigsen. I believe he may have been a partner with Cypress Construction who recently replaced my roof. They had a great crew, did the work as planned and cleaned up the yard. The company contacted me a week later just to ask if everything was ok.

    It is with the utmost of thanks that we write this to let others know what a tremendous job M & L Builders did renovating our home. Our home is 35 years old and had major asset quality issues including the roof, windows and siding. M & L transformed our home into a showpiece that we can be proud of. Every structural issue was addressed and not simply covered up with high quality materials, not contractor specials. Simply put, the job was done right and the price was phenomenal. Equally important was that we were comfortable with them alone in our house and around our children. This is a top notch operation and we put our reputation on the line to recommend them to others because of our experience.

    We welcome anyone to our home to see firsthand the quality of their work because we know how scary it is choosing a contractor. Choosing M & L will be the best decision you make to do a home renovation project. It was ours and we will absolutely be using them in the future for other projects.
