Robert James Watson did a floor tile installation in September of 2020. He was probably in a hurry to do the job and move on so he told us that we don't have to put down the concrete board my husband was going to do and he also said we should leave the sheet vinyl in place too. He guaranteed the job for a year, which now means nothing. He didn't even rough up the surface as suggested on the internet. Said he'd been doing it for ten years with no problems. But in just three weeks the group began to crack and crumble and the floor actually moved a bit too. He also owes my husband $60 and hasn't answered any of our calls. His father's phone is also not in service. So he just wanted to take the money and run. He has moved to New Jersey so look out for him. Some tiles were cut too small and he just filled the space with grout. We are not happy with the results. Beware!
