Called Allens Plumbing January 2015. His workers came, not himself, and they were not sober! They stayed for not even 10 mins to snake my main line and charged me $250.00. Not even 3 DAYS LATER water backs up in my house again so I call back and tell him. This time he came, and snakes my line again, not even taking the time to do the whole line, again he was there for 10 mins. He tried to charge me $300 this time!!! I was so upset and so was my husband. Owner of Allens Plumbing said that he didnt "warranty" the work and was going to charge me full price. Well, after a heated discussion between himself and my husband, he didnt charge us again. Exactly 1 week later, same problem, water backing up, so my husband rented a snake and did it himself. It is now August and we have not had any problems with water backing up in our house. I would recommend going with someone else or renting the equipment and doing it yourself. He charges way too much and does not do the job at all!!!
