I hired Kip Faulk to replace the inside of two toilets with two toilet kits I had purchased. He told me he could save me time and money by using parts of the kits. It appeared he had pieced together parts of one kit and fixed both toilets. Within a couple months, both toilets were not working and one was worse than it had been before. I contacted Kip and set up an appointment to replace both toilets with two new kits that I purchased. He did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I called to reschedule. I called the morning of to make sure he was going to show up. He said his refrigerator needed to be repaired and a repairman was coming, so he needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for a third time. I called the morning of the third appointment and he said he had injured his hand and needed to go to the doctor. He would call to reschedule after the doctor appointment. I am very disappointed in Kip’s lack of communication and professionalism. I no longer have confidence in Buildzoom and will go elsewhere to get my toilets fixed.
