I contracted Mr. Kline's services through Lowe's. He is a mediocre installer (a lot of problems with edges of wood boards, etc.), but the main problem is that he is an ill-tempered and unpleasant person to deal with. If you point to him any mistake (and he makes his share), he will hardly control his anger and contempt for you. His wife, who works with him, is a much nicer and normal person; in fact, most of the time, she does all the talking, because he seems unable to deal with people like a normal person. Buyer beware.

Mr. Klein and his wife installed wood floors in my house, as a Lowe's contractor. I would not recommend his services to anyone. He's a mediocre installer, but that's not the real problem. The issue is that he is an ill-tempered and irascible person who cannot deal with normal customers. If you point any problem or mistake (and he makes his share of them), no matter how polite you are, he'll get angry and become very unpleasant. This reaches the point that it is his wife, who is quite nice and kind, who has to do all the talking for him. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravations, stay away from Mr. Kline.
