I had a plumbing issue that was causing water to bubble up under my tile flooring. My property manager hire Robert L. Phillips Plumbing to correct the problem. With inadequate, guess-based troubleshooting, they affected repairs which did not correct the original issue. When the tennant demanded they run cameras through the pipes to discover the true extent of the actual problem, they brought the camera to my home but refused to run the camera and wrote up a new job, at a new full price, to correct other things they thought might be the problem (more guesswork). They then demanded full payment for the job be paid to them prior to State Inspectors being called to verify their work, or they would not do the job. There was a remaining balance on the original inadequate job they did, which my property manager had not paid as the original problem was not at all corrected and negotiations were in progress to combine the jobs as they were for the same and still existing problem. Phillip's Plumbing attempted to run my property managers card for the balance without authorization. When directed to NOT attempt to run the card again, they tried to charge to the charge card three more times. They refuse to acknowledge, nevermind correct, their incompetent "repairs" and when I told them that I will pay their full price for the "new" repairs, paying them half up-front and half upon completion of the job and inspection, if they would write off the remaining portion of the first botched job, they resufed nastily and stated "See you in court." At this time I am out over $600 and still have the same problem.
