Prompt and excellent service. We have had a water heater installed, kitchen plumbing repaired, bathroom issues taken cate of. Robert is always busy, but in an emergency- he stopped in and assessed the situation and made the plan. He is using Covid-safe protocols and that is important, as my husband is compromised. When he tells us what the costs will be, he sticks to it, as best he can. If he finds that labor (his time) will be more, he makes sure to let you you know- and even gave us the option to split payments over time. Friendly and honest...guarantees all of his work.
