    BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH ROB LEOPARD HOMEBUILDERS! My family purchased a spec home from Rob Leopard in 2007. The home was beautiful. It had great detail and I loved it. Unfortunately, the house started falling apart immediately. The plumbing and septic tank started having problems immediately. The
    A/C still doesn't work properly. We have light switches that do not work. Our septic tank floaded our downstairs with raw sewage. Our windows weren't sealed properly. Most recently, we became aware of roofing not installed correctly. So obvious that they ran out of materials and simply just didn't want to finish it the correct way. As a result of this, our roof has been leaking since the beginning. We have rotten wood and SEVERE mold from the attic to the basement. I contacted Mr. Leopard by phone and he said he would come look at it, making sure he informed me of his bankruptcy 2 years earlier. Nothing, so I wrote him a letter, certified so I could know he received it. He got it April 2, NOTHING. Our neighbors have discussed some of the same issues with their homes, also built by Rob Leopard. Be careful Rob Leopard.
