Installed septic piping backwards.
Did not seal wall base framing (mud seal) which allowed worms to crawl inside the home every time is rains
Improperly backfilled leach lines upon installation, resulting in leach line failure, within 5 years of new construction
Water pipes, ventilation pipes are VERY noisy and rattle, due to not using pipe bracing in walls/ceiling during initial construction
This person builds as CHEAP as possible, but dolls it up to look the extreme opposite.
Get references on past new construction done by this guy.
Would NEVER RECOMMEND contractor to my worst enemy.

This man cuts too many corners, builds as cheap as possible on his spec homes. We bought a 5 year old home from him and within 8 months the septic backed up. Two professional excavating companies said the leach lines were improperly installed, and leach lines were not leaching, and having the septic tank pumped for our home inspection bought us the 8 months before having the septic back up.
He lived in this house, and didn't disclose anything, except for "gophers", when the septic backed up first words out of his mouth were "gophers must have done it".
Workmanship leaves a lot to be desired, didn't seal the wall-to-floor plate (mud seal) during construction and every time is rains worms crawl inside from under the wall in the dining room, because he didn't caulk the framing bottom, which is standard procedure.
He lacks workmanship, and cuts all the corners he can to save pennies and make the most $$$ he can get out of you.
Check references on any new construction, newly remodeling he has done, it will save you a lot of heart ache.
I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this man!
