Robert Massey is nothing more than a crook acting as a home-builder. He doesn't know how to bid a project whatsoever, takes payment for work he hasn't completed, and often attempts to sue homeowners if there is any type of disagreement with regard to a project or the tasks he's been hired too perform. Folks, I'm an architect and Mr. Massey has too be the worst so-called general-contractor in the city of Kansas City. Frankly, I don't think I've run across anyone who is less professional than he is or lacking in the areas of project-management and supervision. I've even found he goes without paying sub-contractors which resulted in mechanic-leans being placed on a client home. Frankly, any attempt to hire Mr. Massey is opening a can of worms on a scale that would boggle your mind! Save yourselves the headache and look for another organization if you're considering any type of remodeling or building project in the future. Believe me, you'll be glad you did!

Robert Massey Homes did a complete home remodel for me and mostly while I was out of town for the winter. I could not be happier with the work that was done and the transformation that took place.
