Built new construction and we have had nothing but issues since we closed. Did a custom build and he couldn't even order the correct materials. We ended up buying most of our own stuff for pathetic credits. Finish work is awful and we keep finding more things. We have been in our house for over a year now so we are no longer under warranty and he never finished the punch list and came up with pathetic excuses about why he couldn't fix certain things. Every house in our neighborhood has issues.

Can I give zero stars? If you’re looking to buy a house that was built by Bob, or will be built, run now. The quality of work is horrendous. He doesn’t stand by anything. Over promises on new builds and neighborhoods and under delivers by a mile.

Awful! Terrible work! Houses falling apart within 3 months of building. No communication and lack of following up. He is a disgrace. Anyone in their right mind should never use this man as a builder.

We had a few projects set up with Bobby. One of the projects he didn't bid like he wanted the job. He instantly tried to blackmail and extort money from us. One of the projects that he did end up completing came out terrible. The walls all had to be fixed by someone else. Do not use this contractor. He is clueless.

Low quality construction, many deviations from the specs, poor follow through and communication. Working with this contractor was a huge mistake. Choose someone else for your home building needs. The commitments made are not bring honored with our home.

In my life I’ve never dealt with someone so incredibly deceptive as Bob Pace. I’ve no idea how he still has a license. I bought at 435 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton. The project which was supposed to be done in 6/22 was not done until 11/23. Most of us spent 30-50k extra renting h because of him. He said, “I don’t care” so many times, I wanted to buy him a t-shirt with that on it. The place is still not finished! The garage had to be redone, water damage from day one. Poor construction. It’s 1/27 and we still have no tile in the storage or foyer, condos are dealing with sloping floors, water issues and more. He is incredibly dishonest. Buyer beware. His whole team is, likewise, very insincere.
