We hired Robert Smith to move our AC unit from the back of our
house to the front. He came to our house on 3/7/22 while the
unit was still connected to the electric and took the Freon out of
the unit because he said he could not move it with the freon
inside the unit. After the electrical was moved on 3/7/22 he was
supposed to come back on 3/8/22 and move the unit and put the
freon back in. We have tried to reschedule with him many times
and he continues to not show up. Now he is no longer answering
our calls or call us back. Now we have to pay another company
to move the unit and replace the cost of the freon he stole
(which comes out to approximately $600 just for the freon). We
are also filing a police report for the stolen property.
