buyer beware! Robert took a third of the money up front. Two weeks later, after completing a small fraction of the work, he said this was his “busy season” and quit and took my money with him. To top it off Robert never pulled a permit. When I finally got the local plumbing inspector to inspect his work he told me that half of what they did wasn’t even up to code. STAY AWAY!!! HES CHEAP FOR A REASON!
