    Mr Schecter helped us out with an emergency installation of a new water heater. It was a complicated installation. Several circuits had to be shifted around to convert from an old small 120 to a new larger 220 on a nearly full main breaker panel but he made it all work. Very reasonable fee. And in the end the wiriing panel looked neater than ever - a sure sign of a pro. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.
