We purchased our house one month ago and it has been one thing after another with the poor construction of this house.
When you send pictures and info of items needing repair Superintendent Rodney Scruggs does not reply or puts you off.
We are seeking an attorney to see what legally can be done.
Don't buy a house from RT Bailey. -

Rt Bailey is an unscrupulous builder. I am seeing him now. Do not use him.

The building process seemed smooth, but the house I and many neighbors were left with turned into a nightmare. Forget about any follow up with your warranty or initial punch list...it will never happen.
My home built by R.T Bailey a construction was deemed "unethical and illegal anywhere else but in Georgia" by structural engineers.
For starters, the framework on the house was a prime example of cutting corners. The foundation of the home had to be re enforced within a few months of the house being built.
Plumbing issues that miraculously passed initial inspection have led to major water damage under the house.
Beware that anything more than a paint touch up will never be taken care of, and he just may go in under another builder again to hide from all of the angry homeowners who are living in a broken, brand new house.

Would not recommend them. You need to stay on top of every aspect. Their job site supervision is non existent. Found numerous errors during building process. They only got concerned about getting things completed when their construction loan was due. Then they promised that everything would be done after closing. Glad I didn’t listen to them. We closed in June and we still don’t have the garage door that was promised on the contract. There are other issues and they don’t reply or tell you something that is not true. Wish I had never used them.
