7685 E Bear Claw Loop I would not recommend this builder.
Kitchen came with four different brands of cheap appliances, Door pulls for cabinets are not included. We have been in the house over a month an items on the pre purchase contract have not been addressed or even responded to.
Neighbors are experiencing similar issues.
