The technicians were excellent. They are not standing behind the warranty. During the sales pitch I was told my new 17 seer ac would save me up to 40% in electrical usage. In writing they now say 30%. I actually used 7694kwh more than with my older 14 seer unit. Management has not returned my last 2 phone calls. They owe me over $1000 and now are trying to wiggle out of it with fine print? I have had several service calls trying to regulate the thermostat that have been unsuccessful > I guess I'll live with it.
