Permits

Worst install job I have every seen! System leaked air from air handler in attic from day 1 of install, I had to show them it was leaking they didn't check there work. Have called them 6 times about the system not working correctly. Once they said the thermostat was wired wrong ( they wired it!) They rewired it, still not working correctly! Spent over $ 13,000 with them they said install guaranteed for 1 year, called 7TH time on Feb 12 talked to owner Derrell Roberts,he said he call me that day to let me know when he would be here, it is now Feb 21ST still have not heard from him! I think they don't know how to fix what they install! IT'S HARD TO STOP A TRANE FROM LEAKING AND THE FAN TO TURN OFF! There word of what they will do means nothing!
