I want to personally thank you and your crew for such a wonderful and professional job fixing my roof. Dealing with you was so much more reassuring than the typing roofing company and I would highly recommend you to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
After a bee infestation was removed from one of our chimneys, we were left with having to have the remaining chimney flew rebuilt. We called your company and received prompt, courteous service. After you surveyed the chimney and surrounding roof area, you advised me of some additional wood rot that we were unaware of and provided pictures of the area so we could see the damage without having to climb up on the roof. This was extremely helpful in determining what repairs were needed.
Your crew did a wonderful job of repairing the damaged roof area and well as rebuilding the chimney. It now looks like there was never any problem at all. In addition, you found more bee hive and removed it for us so there would be no further infestation problems. This was certainly over and above customer service.
Once all the repairs were complete, your crew cleaned up, removed the damaged roofing material and left. We certainly felt good about having workmen on our property that treated our home with the same care they would treat their own.
Thanks again for fixing this nagging problem. We now feel much better about not having any bee infestations or the unsightly hole in our chimney. You folks are top notch!
