    This past winter we had a freak storm here in L.A with extreme rains. I own a old house and the roof started leaking In the middle of the night and was flooding the inside of my home. I called Yoni at 7am that morning and by 9am his crew was at my house covering the roof for me and began repairs the next day. Yoni coordinated all the repairs which ended up being extensive. I had to replace most of my roof, redo a bunch of the drywall/insulation and then remove/repair the hardwood floors. Yoni was easy to work with and made sure everything ran efficiently! He also was very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company. I was so grateful to have his help. He took the stress off of me and did an incredible job in every way!!

    Full remodel and 1000 sqft addition, and added a pool

    I’ve had nightmare experiences with contractors and Iâ m so happy I was introduced with Robin Development! I dealt with Yoni from Robin Development for a complete gut renovation/addition of my home. Yoni handled every trade from A-Z including my custom kitchen, hardscape/landscaping and brand new pool. This was essentially a brand new home as we stripped it down to the studs and added close to 1,000 square feet. Highly recommend!

    I hired Robin Development Inc to help me make use of my back yard. I hard a massive garage that sat in the middle of my yard and the rest was covered in concrete. Yoni helped me reconfigure and design my entire back yard. Including converting my garage into an ADU, designing and building out a stunning zero edge pool and handling all of the landscaping from A-Z. I wish this site had an option for me to post the before and after so you could see what a difference my backyard is. I absolutely LOVE it! Yoni and his crew handled everything from framing, plumbing, electric, low voltage to the tile install and custom new steel gates that we designed. Very excited to have had this all done just in time for the summer!
