    My wife and I just purchased our 2nd Robinett home. We bought one back in 2011 and it has really been a great home and experience. When we retired, we were happy that they were still building and found the perfect floorplan for us. There were a couple small issues when we closed but they quickly corrected, and we would absolutely recommend them. We did look at some of the other builders before we bought this last time to compare and the quality clearly stood out for us. We have been really happy.

    Yes- Jeff the superintendent is a total joke to deal with!!! He complains about his job and how little he gets paid. If Jeff makes any promises to you MAKE DAMN SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING otherwise it will never happen. When you start complaining about the horrible finishes in the home you’re buying. Jeff will turn on you in a split second and walk off! We are so tired of the lies and nothing getting done on our new home we have started to call professionals to fix it at our cost even though everything is still under warranty. For the most part we love our brand new home. We are having minor things break. In the first 4 months of owning our home the circuit breakers have tripped 3 times. And it’s always the refrigerator that gets tripped. I’m just glad we were home when it happened. If we were on vacation and our brand new $4000 fridge tripped. It would be going to the dump along with $500 worth of food. Jeff said it’s normal for the breakers to trip when there’s a power surge. Nice knowing that because we have power surges all the time! The owners of this company need to get their act together before no one wants to buys these homes. Having there lead superintendent talk poorly about his bosses Mark and David isn’t a good things. And when buying one of there’s home prior to it getting done. Don’t believe the dates it will be completed!!!!! Add at least two months to the date you are given! Because they really don’t care anything about your sale seriously. Don’t believe me- I can give you four people that this has happened too

    Stay as far away as you can from them I have not even closed yet and it's awful I wish I had seen through the layers of llcs they hide under in order to build crappy houses and hide from review sites.

    We bought a new home from them. Lots of issues with our furnace, has a massive leak from our attic into the upstairs ceiling. Driveway stamped concrete faded. We had horrible drainage issues in our yard they refused to fix. Also, their customer service is horrible.

    Robinett Homes is an absolute joke. We have been dealing with water issues for two years. Their response to the situation has been atrocious. Only buy a home from Robinett if you enjoy limiting showers, visiting laundromats, buying drinking water, and not washing dishes. This pathetic company needs to be shut down.

    WE did not hire but purchased new construction

    While the homes are beautiful, the response from the builder is not good. We have issues with the hot water tank only being 50 gallons for a 4 bedroom home. The recovery time is terrible on the tank and we cannot take more than one shower in 2 hours time. In addition, we have a HOA for road maintenance and since the snow, not one person has come up to grade our gravel road. They will not return our calls and Jeff is not making any efforts to make the situations right.

    I am rating them at a 2 star just for the simple fact that their communication is subpar at best. We are at our 1-year mark and have been trying to get someone out here to do the warranty work has been a nightmare. I have called, text and sent emails to Jeff on multiple occasions without any kind of response. Our linoleum in our kid's bathroom is peeling up next to the bathtub leaving it exposed to water damage. Our overflow for our dishwasher floods our kitchen counter daily and our circuit breakers constantly trip. Yes, the home is beautiful but I would never recommend them to anyone.

    My husband and I are purchasing a home built by Robinett Brothers and working with Bud has made it a fun process. He is by far the friendliest and most approachable builder we've met. Very accommodating and helpful! You won't be sorry buying one of their homes!
