The contractor, does not check or have someone check, his subcontractors work. The subcontractors work is not professionally done it’s sloppy work. My fireplace has not worked yet been in our home 5 months. We have a natural gas FP and he had propane equipment in the Fireplace, he has no clue on what goes on with fireplaces and door lock wouldn’t turn all the way. , not installed properly, the brick on the outside of home was put on sloppy. Knobs on door put on upside down or backwards. I can go on and on. After calling him many time he stop listening and don’t want to half come out. I’m dissatisfied with the contractor
