Extremely disappointing experience with S&D Construction LLC. After reaching out for help with significant damage to our roof, gutters, A/C unit, and fence following a neighbor’s house fire that impacted our home, we expected professionalism and support. Instead, was met with rudeness.
Shortly after the contractor was welcomed to assess the damage, he abruptly left because another roofer arrived during the inspection. Instead of assisting, Thomas Robinson dismissed these concerns and then hung up when called, leaving us frustrated and confused during an already stressful situation. His unprofessional behavior and refusal to provide guidance were deeply disappointing.
Given the nature of the work and the complexities of dealing with insurance claims, I would not recommend S&D Construction LLC to anyone seeking help with home repairs. If you're looking for a contractor who will treat you with respect and provide valuable assistance, I suggest looking elsewhere.
