Hired Robert to landscape our backyard. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. He's not an experienced business person, was very disorganized with poor communication. Nothing went right, he didn't obtain permits, patio wasn't installed according to contract and stone was loose and trapping moisture leading to hideous water staining, plus incorrect grading and a non working drain under a corner concrete seating area, grill cement surround wasn't measured right leaving a gap for water to pour through, causing a short in electrical. Worse than that he recommended Galvan Plumbing who it turned out installed the gas line 6 inches underground which we punctured when installing plants, plus new plumber found connections loose with gas escaping. He could have causes severe damage to structures with potential for fire and injury or death with an explosion. Left an ugly external water pipe exposed instead of installing behind siding. We had to pay huge amounts of money to have patio re laid on cement as it should have been done and re graded, new gas trench to comply with code. Then he complained that we asked too many questions. It's taken us 8 months to get the work corrected and up to code. BEWARE do not hire this business.

Robert and his team landscaped our back yard last year. The irrigation system leaks so we can't use it; we got a huge water bill. The leak is underground so we couldn't see it. Ultimately we had to shut the water to the system off. He did a hack job on the grill area and the deck is starting to fall apart. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS MAN FOR ANY WORK.

Robert gave us some great ideas on how to keep our costs down, wrote us a fair and solid contract, then did a really nice job removing all the eye sores in our yard, building a Redwood deck and pergola, laying down sod, etc. Everything done in a good amount of time and regular texts to let us know when/what to expect along the way.
