    I would NOT recommend Rob’s Remedy of Anderson, Calif. to anybody. The work was unsatisfactory. He would give finish date that he did not meet. He would call and state he was 100% finished. The realtor called me and stated she spent 2 hours marking items in the contract not started or he did not completed. Rob’s Remedy charged us for items he did not purchase and replace, and twice for a couple thing, and raised the price on the item he charged us twice on. When he finished both houses, I had to hire other people to finish his work. This happened at both homes. I live in Spokane, Wa. That is why I could not watch his work. Twice he stated he was 100 % finished and I had to drive down to Cottonwood Ca. and Mt. Shasta Ca. only to find out he flat LIED TO ME. His painting had skips and Rob did not even paint two closets and patch cracks. One was a big walk in closet. Then he falsified information and filed liens on both homes. One home he did work on that was not approved by me, and filed the lien against that money. Rob’s Remedy cannot be trusted. He talks good but doesn’t follow through with his word. I have pictures and Documents of everything. More details later.
