    I had a very disappointing experience with Robs Sanitation Systems. Initially, the project seemed to be completed as agreed, but several issues arose that were never resolved despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

    Concrete Clean Out: After using a rented trailer of concrete for the risers, the team left the concrete clean out right in front of my yard instead of disposing of it properly. This pile was left on my property, causing inconvenience and an unsightly mess.

    Pile of Dirt: A large pile of dirt(6-10 yads) was left on my property, which was not removed as promised.

    Rock Pile: Approximately three yards of rock were left on my property, which the team failed to clear.

    I contacted Rob to discuss these issues, but he did not respond. I left a message on Facebook, and his daughter assured me that the issues would be addressed. Unfortunately, no action was taken.

    After giving them a final warning, I had to hire someone to smooth out the tire marks, spread the pile of dirt, and move the rocks. Additionally, the illegally dumped concrete was hauled away. This cost me $900, which I believe the company must reimburse me.

    Furthermore, Rob made unnecessary and disrespectful remarks during our conversation, questioning my character despite my long history of community service as a coach and mentor. His daughter made unnecessary statements as well.

    I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect shown by Robs Sanitation Systems .

    I would not recommend their services to anyone.

    Rob's Sanitation Systems do great work he is very knowledgeable in his field. He saved me a lot money and communicated with me during the whole procedure. I recommend him to anyone who needs his type of service.

    $12,000

    Well atleast the job got done...but like everyone else says. Rob destroys your yard with his rented equipment and doesn’t clean it up afterwards. Very dysfunctional company and family. For $12,000 find yourself another company to do the work

    trench / excavate for a 400 foot sewer line and connect to septic tank

    Needs to look at his business practices and sharpen them up if he wants to receive favorable reviews. I am very disappointed with the quality of work they provide. They need to commit to a job and stick with it till the end. Not pull off and leave you hanging while they move off and start another job, then complain that it costs so much money to pull the backhoe/equipment back onsite to finish the job they started. They would not get a positive referral out of me, that's for sure.

    Absolutely horrible service. Had to dig everything twice, and completely demolished driveway and yard. Then, just had to have SMUD dig up, and replace the main power because these guys destroyed it. The conduit was completely demolished.
