    Improve structural integrity of a deck

    Dave is an excellent, conscientious builder and I highly recommend him. He carefully studied our project issues, and devised ways to provide improved structural integrity for our (high) deck. This included removing some old and rotted large beams, building new supports, posts with concreting, ledgers and cross bracing. He also levelled a connecting deck and created a horizontal cable wire railing that is much better than the previous wooden railing. He re-stained our decks, fixed up some lesser wall problems and touched up the painting on our house and also fixed a roof leak. We are very pleased with the result.
