I have to agree with some of the other negative reviews. Robtco managed our property for 2 years and we are in the processing of seeking a new property manager. One issue was that it took Robtco weeks before responding or months for resolving maintenance requests. Another issue was that Robtco didn't pay our bills in a timely manner.
