    A single family house
    $260,000

    #1 Asked for extra $$ after signed contract.
    #2 Did not check with association first, so need to changed the floor plain in the middle of the construction and asked for extra money to re-draw the floor plain. House floor plain was totally different from the original plan due to the modification.
    #3 Disregard buyer's house ideas and did not inform the buyer at all.
    #4 Stop and wait for several month to continue the construction also past the due date for several month.
    #5 Did very bad concrete job on the surround base of the house and leave a lot of holes.
    #6 Did not put lights on kitchen and forced to installed lights at the closing date.
