    I believe in giving credit when credit due. Juan did some plumbing for me several months ago….Unfortunately a pipe became disjointed and caused the sprinkler system pipe buried to leak again. I called Juan and he said not to worry that he would come back out fix it under warranty. Now most of us know to get plumber come back and do a rerepair under warranty is wishful thinking! Not only did he come out and stop the leak..he did it between Xmas and New Years..even though it was not an emergency! I am very pleased and relieved to have this problem resolved and at all times Juan was his jovial and can do attitude that has always been his persona in the times I have been around him..he’ a good guy

    Bathroom faucets replacement
    $600

    He came to my house to fix a bathroom faucets and gave me a quote for his work. The way he talked to me was rude and terrible. I agreed with his quote but he runaway saying he can't fix it. I am glad he did runaway otherwise he could have ruined it. I don't recommend him at all.

    He replaced a tankless water heater and in the process installed a faulty connector that leaked and caused water damage. He did get drying company to dry out the water but they left a bathroom cabinet torn up and I have been chasing him for 7 months to fix that damage.

    Mr Rocha installed bathroom faucets and a handicap toilet. All worked and have worked for more than a year without problems. I will use Mr Rocha for plumbing services.
