Permits

We've had the pleasure to work with these guys on two big projects for our home. Our first project was our deck, we had other contractors come out for bids, but they were either over priced, or didn't provide enough information. Thankfully we had a friend recommend this company, they showed us sample of decking, and railing we didn't even know existed. With our ideas, and their design experience, we got way more than we could have dreamed. It was a little over budget, but we went with a cable railing system, no regrets though!
Our second project was our basement finish, we had mentioned it during the deck build. They again showed us pictures of their previous work, and when it came time to finish the deck we gave them a call. We did have other contractors also give us a bid, but non provided the value this company does. They took time to listen to what we wanted, showed them what we liked about our upper level, and what we had in mind for our basement. After that, we met at our home again. This time they brought samples, and the biggest help for both my wife and I. A 3D walk through like you on HGTV. We were on the fence about doing a fireplace, and wet bar. Thankfully we went with both, but we wouldn't of been able to without this great tool.
The crew was great to work with, we have a couple dogs and were unsure how that was going to work out, but everyone who was working on our house also had dogs. It was comforting when they would let us know if something loud was coming up, to warn us and the dogs.
We've been very happy with both projects to our home, and eventually planning to finish our main floor, and kitchen. We already know what company we're choosing to use.
