Rick Arnold, dba Rock Creek Construction signed a contract to remodel my very small kitchen and bathroom. He required a $20,000 deposit when the contract was signed. On January 22, the day before work commenced, I received an invoice for another large sum, and another in February. It has been six months since the project started. The remodel is far from completion. No significant progress in last two months, inadequate explanation or no response from Rick Arnold. If the project is ever completed, I'll update this review.
