Be warned! Do not hire this contractor!Not only his horrible craftsmanship, he makes error after error. For example, completely forgetting to have the foundation of a home treated for termites and it was not caught until later, causing a nightmare situation for the homeowner! He also does not listen to the clients wishes as to how they want their home built, building whichever way will profit him the most. He installs damaged & defective materials and items in homes and bill the clients for new items. He's an extremely dishonest, crooked, lying, cheating snake! He has filed liens on the most of the homes he's built because the cost to build he gives the homeowner is always $30,000.00 PLUS higher than his original bid or estimate. He uses a cost plus 10% billing system, billing for everything under the sun, even tools they use on the job. He over orders materials billing clients for full amount plus 10%, returning them at a later date for credits only he receives.
