They did everything wrong with my new home build from hooking up my hot water heater backwards(cold water line going to hot , and vs versa. Could not hook up the over-flow in bathtup to the drain tube. 1/2 inch off. The owner is the one that did the connection! The owner complained that I made him do extra work by having him install a transfer pump in the basement. I thought he was a fly by night plummer. I would not ever recommend this so called plummer!!!
