Wow! Is how I have to start this off. We were presented some challenges in our new home and we thought we knew what we wanted to accomplish,until we got in touch with Rob from Rock Solid. We had a tight budget and he really came through for us without cutting any corners.
From our first interraction with him, me and my wife knew that this is who we wanted to deal with. He presented with some amazing ideas that we didn't even know were possible. He worked with our contractor and electrician to design a wonderful Home Theater Room and an Outdoor Entertainment area with TV's and Speakers throughout the Yard. Our backyard certainly was the place to be this past summer. Rob programmed a number of remote controls for us that no longer make us afraid to press a button. We even have a remote that floats in the pool! Everything is so easy to use and when we have a question......he is a phone call away and answers his phone! Even on a weekend when I thought I would just leave a message. When it comes to customer service...the world could take a lesson from Rob. We have never had more confidence and trust in any company we have ever dealt with. He would even walk our dogs when he was there working and I don't trust anyone with my dogs.
Now...hopefully he listens to me and gets a testimonial page on his website!
