I found Ed through facebook while I was looking for a contractor to finish my basement. He was never able to produce an estimate even though I have numerous emails & texts with excuses for why he couldn't. Computer probelms etc. We then hired Ed to install a tankless water heater. He was supposed to install an upscale heater on a Tues. in a 6 hour window. He showed up on a Wednesday with a different brand & was in my house for 4 days for 10 hours a day & I had no hot water for 3 of those days. A few weeks after install I had no hot water again. Hired another plumber who said the heater looked like it was installed by a 10 year old & told me if I had put my air conditioner on, carbon monoxide would have been sucked back into my house endangering my family. They had to cut through a ceiling that was just installed days earlier & I had to pay the new plumber to re install it. We had to put out another $3500 after paying Ed $2200. Ed even had the nerve to ask me for another $200 for his awful services after signing a contract for $2200. Even after he was in my house for 40 hours he was still never able to give me an estimate for my basement. He did give me a license number but it was no good since he failed to renew it in 2005. Not only was his work awful but he never patched the cement hole he made to feed the pipe through which it clearly states in the contract he made us. My husband did it & he is such a disrespectful slob he put cigarette butts out in my nice planters outside my house. He needs to be stopped so he doesn't put anymore families in danger.
